In an attempt to ease our December workload we are
offering with immediate effect a 25% discount on all products
ordered for November and December lead times. The last few years we
have been driving around the UK on Christmas Eve delivering Kits, as
much as we like playing Santa we’d like a little time off this year
so hopefully this offer will encourage Christmas orders to come in a
little earlier than usual! To be clear this offer is valid NOW until
the start of October for orders with lead times of November and
December ONLY. Orders placed after October will receive no discount
or guarantee of pre Christmas delivery so get organized people!
Drummer Magazine – Be sure to check out the next issue of Drummer
Magazine for a review of the Black Oyster Ripp le 5 piece kit we
took to Drummer Live, the kit will then be available to buy, get in
touch if you want more info.

OTHER NEWS:
We have teamed up with Martin Osborne and set up Drumbitz Europe.
Martin came to us with his proposals and we were only too happy to
get involved. Drumbitz Europe currently stocks an excellent range of
drum wraps at great prices, the long term aim is to establish
Drumbitz as the best ‘one stop shop’ for all your drum building
needs, serving both DIY enthusiasts and established manufactures.
Drumbitz will also distribute great new products not yet available
in the UK. Animal have therefore handed Hornets Drum Sticks over to
Drumbitz to give the products the dedicated time they deserve.
Hornets are still available online through Animal but all trade
enquiries should go to Drumbitz.

who have bought from us over the last 12 month. We would also like
to thank people for their support and encouragement. Thanks must
also go to Rhythm and Drummer Magazines and our Endorsers for their

I would like to take this opportunity to give a sneak preview into
our plans for 2008.
With immediate effect we are now offering Maple, Mahogany and

HORNETS DRUM STICKS - 23/11/07 |
|
We
are honoured to announce that Animal Custom Drums are now the UK
Distributor for HORNETS drum sticks. HORNETS drum sticks are
available immediately from Animal. Dealer enquiries should be made
to
info@animalcustomdrums.co.uk
For more information on HORNETS or to purchase a pair of these
revolutionary sticks visit our products page or
Here is what HORNETS have to say about their sticks...
Award-winning product designer, Robert Wilhelm, has teamed up with
Kingfield Wood Products, former manufacturer of Vic Firth
drumsticks, to create an exciting new drumstick set to redefine the
industry.
HORNETS™ drumsticks offer an ergonomic, contoured handle and
proprietary rubber “O-rings” designed to relieve forearm pressure
and reduce shock to the wrist. Made from first quality American
hickory and hard rock maple, HORNETS™ drumsticks fit comfortably in
the hand to function as a natural extension of the drummer’s arm.
We believe that drumsticks, like anything, contain inherent artistic
value, and we are eager to share our artistic vision with you. We
hope you enjoy playing with the HORNETS™ drumsticks as much as we
have enjoyed designing them.
• Reduced muscle fatigue
• Unique contours fit comfortably in the hand • Reduced stick
vibration
• Variety of colors
• Innovative Design
“I’ve been playing the drums for over 50 years, and no sticks have
ever blown me away like the HORNETS™. The special contour lets me
relax my thumb, and makes me feel like I could play for hours and
never get tired.” - George Griffin, renowned West Coast drummer
