Our ply drum shells are created in house using traditional methods of bending sheets of ply or veneer into a solid walled housing. Our tooling has been developed over a number of years and enables us to create shells of perfect round, uniform thickness and ultimate strength. No additional machinery is used in this method, fine measurements are taken throughout construction which ensures each layer of ply or veneer firmly butts together when inserted into the housing, something mass produced shells can’t always achieve, particularly on the middle plies.

Shell depth and thickness can be selected, all diameter shells can be made up to square depths and shell thickness can be chosen from thin 4mm shells up to 10mm thick and beyond.

LT SERIES: Our best priced drum line featuring our standard die cast lug.

ELITE SERIES: Featuring a choice of tube lugs from the mini tube lug to the longer verions and beautiful die cast bass claws.

CORE SERIES:  Featuring a 4.5mm Birch shell core with an inner and outer exotic veneer fitted during the shell making process, not pressed afterwards, giving a total shell thickness of 5.7mm

EXOTIC SERIES:  Truly beautiful shells, created from 100% exotic veneer and finished in satin oil or high gloss lacquer

CUSTOM SERIES:  The umbrella for all our other options, custom artwork, hand painted graphics, stave, segmented, steambent and acrylic drums, unique lug design, anything and everything is possible
